Free outdoor theater and music festival at the parkCome and be part of Mooi Weer Spelen, Delft’s joyful late-summer outdoor festival with theatre, music, circus, dance, and flavors of the world in the Poptapark.From noon to 7 PM, the neighborhood park turns into a lively place for togetherness.Bring your neighbors, friends, families, colleagues, and guests, settle down in the grass or on a terrace, and be surprised by performances of both international caliber and local talent.The program kicks off at noon at the Duin with a free snack and drink to welcome you. Meet new faces. Are you a new neighbor? Then you are especially welcome! At six o’clock, the festival, with a farewell to dear friends, pauses briefly to remember loved ones the community has lost. A swinging band will provide the finale.Children play in the sand, in the playground, and at the circus play area, or craft at the carpentry atelier. You treat yourself to world cuisines from Suriname, Syria, Somalia, Greece, Egypt, Afghanistan, Eritrea, and the Antilles. Dutch pancakes, Italian gelato, shaved ice, American Dragon Breath, cotton candy, popcorn, a tea garden, and an Algerian market complete the feast.
