Passaby Street Art Festival is an international multidisciplinary arts festival based in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The festival brings together street artists, muralists, musicians, dancers, filmmakers, poets, and creative practitioners from Africa and beyond to transform public spaces through art and cultural exchange.
