PerformAzioni International Workshop Festival

PerformAzioni is an international workshop festival directed by Instabili Vaganti Theatre Company. It was born in Bologna in 2011 with the aim of spreading higher education and training in theatre and performing arts, hosting artists and masters of the contemporary scene to lead workshops, projects, lectures, meetings, and to present their newest performances and works. Each edition of the festival transforms the some suggestive indoor spaces of the city of Bologna in stages for site-specific performances and workshops, and involves hundreds of participants among actors, dancers, performers, with a special focus on young artists. In its eight editions the festival has hosted international renown masters and theatrical institutions such as: Sergio Blanco (Uruguay), Ecole des Maîtres, (Italy), Lalish Theaterlabor (Austria), Grotowski Institute (Poland), University of Kent (UK), Studio Kalari (India), Performer Persona project (Chile), American theatre Laboratory (USA), D-moor produksjoner (Norway), Teatro Akropolis (Italy).
