Rock for People 2024
Rock for People is a festival of European importance which rose to the top league of European festivals in 2022. This year’s 27th Rock for People welcomed world-famous stars at Park 360, including one of the biggest bands in rock MUSE, metal kings Slipknot, the phenomenon called Machine Gun Kelly, recent BRIT Award winners The 1975, and hundreds more artists. Aside from the music program, as many as 37,000 satisfied visitors also enjoyed a rich accompanying program on ČT art stage and Conference stage. The festival is a pioneer in the field of sustainability and ecology, being aware of its own impact and responsibility. In addition to its sustainable approach, it also focuses on education through panel discussions. The festival uses alternative sources of energy (hydrogen, sun, and wind) to power its stages, recycles 17 types of waste, offers a rich, purely plant-based diet, and uses zero emission transportation.
