Rooftop ManiFESTo IV is fourth edition of UG Baterflaj flagship project.
Festivals main focus is in creating an annual gathering of young artists from the region, connecting them and creating lifetime links.
In 2025, our festival grew from "music only" venue, to a full scale mini festival that hosted 6 local and regional punk bands, Art Corner with 10 local artists presenting their work, Tattoo studio, Vinyl Store and a Grafiti Jam.
Location of Rooftop ManiFESTo brings a particular charm to it, as it is held on the rooftop of the Youth Center that is situated in the very hearth of Banja Luka.
