SOFA Festival

SOFA Festival is a three-day literary festival where contemporary domestic and regional authors perform. The programme takes place on the street, in front of the Bulevar Books bookstore (Novi Sad, Serbia) and is available to all citizens. The festival is conceived as an open dialogue about literature, which opposes stereotypical and boring literary events. One of the main goals is to animate the audience and encourage them to participate and take action. Festival presents to the audience the most significant actors of the literary scene, as well as current music bands. In addition to guest appearances by contemporary writers for adults, the morning slots are reserved for children's literature.
