Stornarella Jazz Festival

The Festival started in 2010 with the idea of pianist and composer Pasquale Stafano in collaboration with Gianni Iorio.

Stornarella International Music Festival is not only a music festival but also a project to enhance the regional territory.

Produced by the B Flat Association, sponsored by the Municipality of Stornarella and co-financed by the Apulia Region's Department for Tourism, Cultural Economy and Territorial Development, and under the artistic direction of pianist Pasquale Stafano and bandoneonist Gianni Iorio, it aims to promote the area's resources, art, nature and food and wine.

The evenings of the concerts will host a series of food and wine tastings dedicated to the area's products of excellence.

The festival's concept is 'The Taste of Jazz' because, through music, it is necessary to rediscover the roots and culture of the territory, rich in agricultural products of unmistakable flavour that can only be appreciated.
