Tallinn Fringe is an open-access, multi-genre, short-performance festival happening indoors and outdoors for whole month all over Tallinn. The festival is curated by the venues and artists. If an artist can confirm a venue then they are in the festival.
The festival provides an educational program to support artists in booking venues, communication, marketing, promotion and budgeting. This ensures a diverse, colourful, accessible program with artists being able to use the tools they learn during the eductational programme to assist their career development.
