VI° edition

Umanità – il mondo che verrà

Human rights - The world to come

Edizione dedicata alla Carta dell’Onu del 1948

Napoli Carceri di Castel dell’Ovo 15/30 settembre 2021

The festival has in its DNA the relationship with the social, expressed in all previous editions, with the choice of themes linked to the global situation, both political and social. The work that awaits us all, after the global pandemic, is a re-determination of social policies, for an equity that is able to respond to the needs of a society built on humanism and not on finance. The UN charter of 1948 states in art. 1 “… All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and must act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. "

Artperformingfestival in previous editions also wanted to present the history, the beauty of Campania, Puglia, Veneto through performative actions and contemporary art, enhancing the monumental places. The task of contemporary art is to create partnerships between organizations, institutions and individuals for targeted communication on the quality and exaltation of the tourist appeal.

The sixth edition proposes the stages of a journey in Campania, starting from Procida to reach Giugliano in Campania, making a stop in Cava dei Tirreni and returning to Naples in the low prisons of Castel dell'Ovo, with the common denominator of HUMANITY but also with tributes to Enrico Caruso and Dante Alighieri.
