What to do when you can't login to your account?
In your account you can manage your festival page on festivalFinder.eu
There can be multiple reasons why you can't login into your account:
You are still logged in
- When you return to FestivalFinder.eu in the same browser window in which you were logged in before, it is possible that you are still logged in.
- You can easily see this if there is the item "Account" instead of "Login" in the upper menu.
You forgot your password
- You can request a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password?"
You forgot the email address used for the login
- It can happen that a new person is responsible for managing the festival page on FestivalFinder.eu and doesn't have access to the email account previously used for the login.
- In that case you can contact us and indicate the name of the festival and the new email address you would like to use.
