9. FOLKLORE FESTIVAL ''TARANTELLA DEL VESUVIO'' SORRENTO

International folklore festival in Sorrento is officially organized by Blue Diamond Folklore Festivals in collaboration with Sorrento folk and is the most requested festival in Italy by groups all over the world. This festival welcomes every year folk dances ensembles, choruses, majorettes and music bends from all over the world. It shows a unique mixture of traditions, colours and cultures in this beautiful Italian region and it is one of the biggest folklore festivals in Italy. All participants enjoy private excursions to Amalfi Coast (Positano and Amalfi) and excursion to magnificent Capri Island. This is a great opportunity to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius and do not forget the capital of this region Naples - the synonym for delicious espresso coffee and pizza.

The accommodation is provided in 3* hotels where you get two meals per day for four nights in the hotel you pay 199€ per person and the participation fee is included in this price. The age of performers and the number of dancers in the group are not limited so children's folklore ensembles and adult groups are welcome to participate. One performance is planned for each group so participants will have enough time for excursions and sightseeing. On request and in agreement with the organizer you may prolong your stay in Sorrento or modify the dates of arrival in order to coordinate it with your flights.
