9# Rolling Film Festival
Since its first edition in 2009, the Rolling Film Festival has steadily developed into a significant cultural platform in Kosovo and beyond. Over the years, it has screened more than 550 films, supported the emergence of young filmmakers, and created spaces for dialogue through workshops, discussions, and community engagement. The festival’s growth reflects a long-term commitment to visibility, inclusion, and the power of storytelling. Through continuous collaboration with artists, cultural professionals, and partners across Europe, it has built a strong international network and established itself as a recognized reference point for Roma cinema and cultural exchange. What began as a local initiative has evolved into an international platform that contributes to a broader cultural movement—placing Roma stories at the center of public discourse and fostering meaningful connections between communities.
