Every edition of the Rolling Film Festival (RFF) introduces new films by and about Roma from around the world, as well as those produced locally. The festival carefully selects films to showcase the diversity, richness, and shared humanity of Romastories.The festival will take place from 16–20 June 2026 at Kino Armata (venue to be confirmed).Approximately twenty-five slots (of 2h each) will be allocated for films of varying lengths.Documentaries, fiction, animation, short, and feature films will be chosen by an artisticdirector. Filmmakers and local experts will be invited to participate in Q&A sessions withthe directors and the audience.Promoting Roma life on screen is crucial, butit is equally important to engage local artistic scene. The festival will feature a diverse range of artistic disciplines, including locally produced films by Kosovo Albanian filmmakers, and will showcase artistic workssuch as paintings, poetry, and photography. These exhibitions will run alongside the festival, encouraging inclusive participation and enriching the cultural experience for allattendees.
