The 28th edition of the Espace du Son festival will take place from October 20 to 24, 2021.

This year, L'Espace du Son opens with the launch of Marie-Jeanne Wyckmans' new CD "Trajectoires" released by Empreintes DIGITALes.

No less than seven internationally renowned composers are invited to the festival this year. Elizabeth Anderson, Marc Favre, Philippe Mion, Jaime Reis, Dante Tanzi, Daniel Teruggi and Marie-Jeanne Wyckmans will take turns at the console to perform works from their repertoire. Two master classes, accessible free of charge, will also be held during the festival.

This edition is distinguished by a video-music evening on Saturday evening in the bar. On the program: Inès Wickmann, Francis Dhomont, Beatriz Ferreyra, Stephan Dunkelman, Elsa Justel, Panayiotis Kokoras...

Finally, during the whole festival, you can attend the XIth international competition of spatialized interpretation "space of sound". Each day, the competitors will play their program of four pieces on the acousmonium Influx. They will all interpret a compulsory piece, this year: "La Naissance des ombres" by Audrey Houdart.
