1986> 2024 Back to the future! - 36th edition September 27> October 16 Elfo Puccini Theater Aware of a path that began way back in 1986, we feel the need to further renew our substance and form, structure and governance, vocation and creative processes of the future path by identifying new and young elements to which to bequeath 36 years of history of live art, of which at least 26 are totally dedicated to dance. A new look that first of all recovers the international dimension of the festival, sacrificed due to pandemic restrictions, is aimed this year at: France, Argentina, Québec / Canada, Israel, Lebanon, Senegal, Mexico, India, Belgium, Poland alongside the most interesting realities of our nation. For these MILANoLTRE wants to be a constant reference by renewing a project already baptized in the past three years with the acronym Artisti Italiani Associati: a group of Italian choreographers / companies Stefania Ballone, Fabrizio Favale, Lara Guidetti, Salvo Lombardo, Manfredi Perego, Roberto Zappalà join their own energies to those of the festival, in the common vision of a national dance of great value. Passion, planning, evolving contemporary style, different visions and languages of the Italian choreographic scene stimulate the attention of audiences increasingly equipped with tools to understand it. To complete the Italian proposal, the new national premiere projects of Abbondanza / Bertoni, Roberto Provenzano, Ezio Schiavulli, Roberto Zappalà and Manfredi Perego each with two creations, Enzo Cosimi's young Coefore Rock & Roll in site specific at the Contemporary Art Pavilion with 9 Erinni and 15 Figures from the Susanna Beltrami / Dancehaus Academy, the brand new projects by Michela Priuli and Lorenzo Morandini in the context of Germogli and Incubatore Danza.
