1. Creation of Large-Scale Murals: Up to 10 large murals will be produced throughout the urban landscape, transforming the city’s streets into a vibrant, open-air art gallery. 2. Educational Residencies: Visiting artists will not only leave behind their artistic mark but also share their expertise.
