A caravan of 60 artists (actors, performers, dancers, musicians, visual artists, photographers) and non-artists will hike along an artistic route — a living act of encounter with the land, its people, and collective creation.
The journey begins in the city of Ioannina. The hikers will travel through the Zagorochoria region, crossing the mountainous nature of Epirus, on a unique route that, like every year, will leave its artistic mark.
As in previous years, at various stops along the way, the hiking group will engage with locals and community organizations, present performances and musical happenings, attend and lead workshops, play games, watch screenings, listen to and tell stories — all in a program co-created with this year’s participants.
