Nationwide festival of Czech and international poetry. Program of established poets but also a lot of events in community centres, schools, libraries etc. Annual festival every November, established in 1999. The 2022 edition, the 24th, features leading Czech poets e.g. Olina Stehlíková, Petr Borkovec, Sylva Fischerová and visiting poets from Scotland, Ukraine, Serbia, Spain etc. The theme of the festival celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of renowned Czech poet Jan Skácel.
