Whether you are returning to the platform or registering for the first time, this is the moment to upload information about your upcoming edition and make sure it reaches audiences actively exploring European festivals.

Apply for the EFFE Label 2024-2025
The EFFE Label is a stamp of quality for arts festivals in Europe. It is attributed by the European Festivals Association to remarkable arts festivals showing their engagement in the field of the arts, community involvement and international openness.
Once your new edition is listed on FestivalFinder.eu, you can apply for the Label and be recognised as part of a group of leading and inspiring European festivals.
Access EFFEA Grants
EFFEA (European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists) supports festivals working with emerging artists through artistic residencies. The aim is to give space to new artistic voices and to build strong links between festivals and artists across Europe. Registering your festival on FestivalFinder.eu is a necessary step in order to apply for an EFFEA Grant.
The next EFFEA Call will be announced in the second half of 2025 and will support residencies occurring in 2026. Keep an eye on the EFFEA website for more details.
Opportunities to connect and collaborate
As part of the EFFE Label festivals, you will receive invitations to several events of the European Festivals Association such as the annual Arts Festivals Summit. In 2025, the get-together of the festival community will take place from 27 to 30 April in Edinburgh. More details here.
This year, we will start a series of online conversations hosted on FestivalFinder.eu: expect match-making sessions, discussions on pressing topics, among others.
