ADD YOUR TOPICS
The community of festivals registered on FestivalFinder.eu is growing! One of the biggest developments is the new feature of the topics. Topics include: Environmental Sustainability, Youth, Arts & Politics, Well-Being, Digital & AI, Migration, and many others. You can use these topics to find festivals when it comes to collaboration and finding partners.
EFFE LABELS AND CAMPAIGNS
Once your festival is registered, you can apply for the EFFE Label - Europe’s quality stamp for remarkable arts festivals attributed for their work in the field of the arts, community involvement and international openness. As an EFFE Label festival, you are invited to attend the European Festivals Association's annual Arts Festivals Summit. Apply now to get the EFFE Label 2024-2025.
FestivalFinder.eu also brings festivals stories to audiences. Up to Green puts festivals environmently friendly best practices in the spotlight. Count me in! focuses on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging in the seat of arts festivals. We invite you to share your stories by replying to this email. If your story is validated, it will be published on FestivalFinder.eu and shared through EFA's communication channels.
NEW ARTISTIC DISCIPLINE
On request of the festivals community, we have added the possibility to indicate “Puppetry Arts” as a discipline. In case your festival is showcasing puppetry, you can connect to your account and add this discipline to your festival edition.
FESTIVAL CITIES AND REGIONS PORTRAIT
FestivalFinder.eu shows Festival Cities and Regions that have a special link with their festivals through the Portrait. The Festival Cities and Regions Portrait gives users an overview of the municipality itself, but also of the festivals taking place in each locality.
If your festival is based in an EFFE Seal City or Region, your profile will also appear under the portrait on FestivalFinder.eu - adding another layer of visibility in your local cultural ecosystem. Read more about our cities and regions initiatives here.
